About Andrew

Originally from New York (the state), I was exposed to all sorts of sports growing up. From baseball to lacrosse, football to basketball, swimming to tennis as well as Track and Field and Alpine Skiing. Ultimately, finding my mainstays to be Baseball and Alpine Skiing. Having stumbled upon Crossfit in early 2010, as most of us have found it to be, I became instantly hooked. Shortly after, I obtained my L1 Certification and began coaching late 2010. I dove head first into obtaining all the specialty Crossfit and USAW certifications I could afford, as well as finished my bachelors degree in Kinesiology over the next few years. In late 2013 I was fortunate enough to be selected to work on the Crossfit L1 seminar staff for the northeast region. A few years later, I completed the L3 certification. After having coached in my hometown as well as around the northeast region, I was offered the opportunity to move and coach at an up-and-coming Crossfit gym in Costa Rica. This was one of the best, as well as most growing experiences of my life. After having traveled some around the southeast coaching after returning from Costa Rica, I went back to school to obtain my massage therapy license in NY hoping to further my education in 2015. In late 2016, I moved from NY to Georgia to attend Chiropractic school at Life University in Marietta, GA. After graduating and working in a few practices around NC and Atlanta I currently work with Dr. Bryan Hammer at Movement Chiropractic in Peachtree City and absolutely love it. Even though I am in the south, I do my best to get out the mountains to ski during ski season, as well as play baseball in recreation leagues during the summer and winter months. I also have an unhealthy love of the Buffalo Bills. #BillsMafia! If there’s one thing I’d have to say I absolutely love coaching on, it’s how to optimize the body through not only what you put into it (nutrition), but how to express health through optimal movement. If you are looking for someone to hold you accountable for the minutia in your movement, I’d be happy to help how I can!
