Come and try your first class at CrossFit Shakerag. We will give you a tour, answer any questions you may have, talk about your health and fitness goals and we will give you some free advice on how best to achieve those goals.
What to Expect
After a quick tour of the facility we will sit down to answer some common questions you might have about how we train at CrossFit Shakerag. Some common questions might be:
- What is CrossFit?
- What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
- What kind of results can I expect?
- How often should I come?
- Do I have to stop eating donuts?
Then its time for a workout to get a feel for the pace and exercises our main class performs.
Expect to spend about an hour at our gym. It’s a great way for you to see if CrossFit Shakerag is a good fit for you.
Nothing, this is your starting point whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym.
