CrossFit Level 2 B.S. in Physical Education
CrossFit is something I have been passionate about for many years now. As a high school athlete I ran into the problem so many do. Once i graduated I was no longer active and started gaining weight. Within 6 months i had gained over 30 Lbs. I also have a family history of type 2 diabetes and feared I would be next in line. I began to eat better, run, and workout. In a short time i had lost all the weight I had gained and started to feel much better about physically and mentally. Over the next year I began to grow bored of traditional workouts. Then one day a friend of mine introduced me to CrossFit. After the first time I tried it I was hooked. I loved having a way to compete with myself everyday and having a group of people around who were alway encouraging me to improve. Because of CrossFit I have become stronger, better conditioned, more confident, improved my body composition, and overall become a much healthier person.
